Our rooms are safe and well equipped to make your hospital stay as comfortable as possible.
Rooms are mostly single private accommodation, with some shared accommodation.
Calling for assistance
If you require nursing assistance at any time, please use the nurse call bell.
The button for the bell is located on the handset beside each bed, in the shower and toilet, and in most other patient care areas.
Your relatives, carers and visitors may also use the nurse call bell for assistance if needed.
Daily room services
Housekeeping staff will come to your room each day and to clean your room. However, they will take advice from the ward staff if you are asleep or if the timing is inappropriate.
Mail is delivered to your room daily. If you have any outgoing mail, please hand this to the receptionist in your ward.

Patient rooms are all equipped with a TV. The control for your television is found on the handset beside your bed. Foxtel channels are available for most rooms.
Local calls can be made from your room free of charge. All other calls will require a phone card, which may be purchased from the Main Reception.
There is a refrigerator in each room for small food items. Free wifi is available.
