There are three tenancy options for our specialist medical consultants.
Our leased rooms are available at competitive market rates. We can assist with custom designing the consulting suite to suit your practice needs, and a secure car space can be allocated with this lease agreement.
Some of our specialists sublet their rooms on a regular basis. Terms and conditions apply dependent upon your practice requirements, need and level of secretarial support.
Modern sessional consulting suites are available to specialists whose rooms are located off-site. They are located on Level 1 of the Sister Edith Centre and are staffed from 8am–12 noon and 1pm–5pm.
We also provide the following support services:
- meet and greet – assistance with secretarial duties, welcoming patients, managing invoices and making appointments
- front-of-house – meet and greet + telephone answering and appointment setting (using Shexie software), letter distribution and more.
